Grab Your Photo Logo

What does Grab Your Photo do?

Our Grab Your Photo software automatically uploads and generates a randomised token for your attendees experience, as well as handling an instant print where required.
  • Step One: Member of the public gets their photo taken with your guest or prop.
  • Step Two: Our software takes that image, generates an access token and prints a QR code token for the attendee to go away with and use to access their image online.
  • Step Three: Attendee image is printed on a 6” x 9” high quality print as they walk out of the studio.
We know sustainability is key in the events space nowadays and also that we’re living in the digital age, that’s why based on your direction we can either automatically print photos for the customers or we can set it up so that you have a print station at your event for people who want to print it in whatever size they’d like.

We also know compliance and data security is key. That’s why when we put in a solution for you your attendees images stay in the country. We have servers all over the world and pride ourselves that our solution is able to be across the EU and in compliance with GDPR due to how we randomise the files and personal information.

Platinum Package
We take the pain away from you entirely; we will sell tickets for photoshoots, use our trusted photographers and provide a team to manage the photoshoot experience. We will also provide on the day live reporting of scanned in tickets and an on the day sales solution for photoshoot tickets.

  • Crew of 2+ to manage prints, ticket scanning and sales

  • Working with you on the Photoshoot schedule (optional but encouraged)

Gold Package
We provide the solution and a photographer but you handle ticket sales and general crewing. We will train your crew up to do the roles we need to make the photoshoot move as smoothly as possible whilst also giving every attendee the chance to meet their hero or get their iconic photo at your event.

We provide the Grab Your Photo solution for digital redemptions on top of your existing photoshoot solution. This works well for events and experiences that already have an established photography crew and solution but want to be able to offer instant digital downloads.

Consultation

Get in touch and we will setup a call with you to identify what package works best to meet your needs and answer any questions you may have about the solution.

Implementation & testing

We will implement the solution tailored for your needs, ensuring that it is set up effectively. Following the implementation, we will conduct end to end testing to verify that everything functions as intended. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for you and your attendees as well as resolving any potential issues before deployment.

At the Event

Depending on the package you’ve selected we’ll work with you to make sure that the photoshoot elements of your show goes without a hitch. Our professional team has many years of experience and have overcome numerous unexpected challenges successfully.

Post event

We will provide you with a report on how many photos were taken per day and per guest as well as having a debrief meeting with yourselves. Where possible we like to do this at the conclusion of the event.
